Children

My aim with children is to build trust and offer a place where they can talk about anything—without fear of judgment or consequences.

I listen when they feel unheard, help them put words to their feelings, and explore new ways to handle difficult situations. I involve children in decisions and let them have a voice in the work we're doing together. Through our conversations and interactions, children often learn how to identify feelings, express themselves more constructively, problem solve, and relate to others.

Parents/Guardians

What is your child learning from you? Do they see you stressed out, overwhelmed, and unable to regulate your emotions? Or are you modeling healthy coping behaviors and productive emotional expression? Parents/guardians who work through their own struggles in individual therapy can better support their child outside of sessions. This reinforces what they are learning and leads to better outcomes for the entire family. Your child can only do as well as the family that surrounds them.

Adults

Sometimes our day-to-day struggles are indicative of deeper-seated issues—past wounds, old beliefs, unspoken expectations.

In our work together, we explore who you are, what you feel, and where patterns stem from. We look at how family, culture, and community shaped parts of you, to support conscious decision making and an informed path forward.

Couples & Polycules

I support couples and multi‑partner relationships of all kinds—whether you’re monogamous, polyamorous, LGBTQIA+, kink‑friendly or otherwise curious. I aim for a space where each partner feels seen, heard, and respected.

In our time together, we focus on trust, communication, intimacy, life transitions, and decision-making. I help untangle recurring patterns, explore emotional needs, and build new, healthier ways to connect.

While joining together in therapy is powerful, I also encourage each partner to have an individual therapist for growth, clarity, and deeper change.

A Highly Personalized Approach

We offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they are striving for in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.
