At Counseling Associates of Central Iowa, our mission is to provide collaborative and compassionate care—not only to our clients, but also in how we support one another. We prioritize a positive work environment where our team feels connected, encouraged, and empowered.

 

Our group is ideal for therapists seeking to balance independence with the benefits of a supportive group practice. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, and we offer monthly group consultations along with availability for individual consultation whenever needed. Our current team includes mental health counselors, social workers, and an ARNP.

 

We’re currently hiring part-time clinicians with the option to transition into full-time roles. We offer availability during daytime hours and plenty of opportunities for evening in-person appointments. We would especially love to add someone to our team who can provide psychological testing services.

• Administrative, scheduling, and billing support

• A 65/35 compensation split for fully licensed staff

• A 60/40 split for temporarily licensed staff (currently at capacity)

• Opportunities for both telehealth and in-person sessions
